You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:
If you opt in, you may receive non-marketing messages such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, and support responses. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Some parts of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. We may change pricing with notice where required by law.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or checkout terms, fees are non-refundable and billed in advance. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us at support@opsoria.com.
The Service, including its software, design, text, logos, and content, is owned by ART BOX LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
“User Content” means information, text, or other materials you submit to the Service (e.g., messages, form entries, scheduling details). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant ART BOX LLC a limited license to host, process, and use User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to enforce these Terms. You represent you have the rights needed to provide User Content.
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, communications delivery, and security) to operate. These providers act on our behalf and are restricted from using your information for their independent purposes.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services you access outside of the Service, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ART BOX LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ART BOX LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
